Oliver Lauer is head of digitallabor.berlin and represents the DSGV department "Identity and Fintech". In leading positions, he successfully implemented the transformation and digitalization of global insurance companies and banks, such as AXA, HSBC and Zurich. As a trained computer scientist, his focus is on topics such as architecture and innovation.

Florian Andreae is a Senior Software Engineer and contributes his skills in software development to the implementation of prototypes and pilots as well as the EU projects around the European digital wallet (EUDIW). He has many years of experience in the technical implementation of IT projects at leading financial services companies (Zurich, Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank, etc.).

Mirka Lehrer is responsible for the further development of the digital lab's prototype and pilot projects. After completing her Bachelor's degree at a maritime university, she began
began her professional career as a systems analyst at an international logistics group in Hamburg. Fascinated by the complexity and collaborative working methods within software development, she went on to complete a Master's degree in Software Engineering Leadership and further professional positions in the logistics, energy, automotive and IT security sectors.

Tim Kremer is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law in Berlin and in-house lawyer in the Digitalization and Payment Transactions Law Group of the German Savings Banks and Giro Association. He advises the association's national and European identity initiatives on data protection, money laundering and civil law issues. Previously, he advised credit institutions and consumers on banking and capital market law matters.

Dr. Christian Lange-Hausstein - Christian is a lawyer in Berlin and in-house lawyer for the Digitalization & Payment department at the DSGV. He supports the association's IT projects with a focus on data protection, money laundering and civil law issues. As a member of a DG FISMA expert group, he advised the EU Commission. Before joining the DSGV, he was a lawyer in a commercial law firm specializing in banks and fintechs.

He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and has been supporting financial service providers in digital transformation in an international context as a management consultant for several years.

As a banker with further training as a savings bank specialist for investment and finance, she combines theoretical knowledge with practical expertise. She is passionate about supporting projects that drive digital transformation in the savings bank world.

Laura Eckard is responsible for the use cases surrounding S-Push TAN with e-ID, as well as innovation-relevant processes within the Digital Laboratory. After a year abroad and her interdisciplinary bachelor's degree in Sustainable Regional Management, she practically entered innovation projects at the Chair of Innovation Management at the Free University of Berlin. Fascinated by this creative yet manageable aspect of business administration, she deepened her gained experiences with a digitally-focused master's degree in Digital Business and Innovation in Amsterdam. In addition to a spin-off project and work at S-Kreditpartner, she continues her journey at DSGV.
